Law at its powerful best as a course in-demand

None can deny the surreal presence of Legal Education in the country. In the previous times, the education was conducted via some of the non-specialized universities that actually granted degrees of Law in the manner similar to that of some other graduate programs. All those universities were under the tight supervision of Bar Council of India (BCI); however, the role of BC was limited. The reason was the overall control put by the UGC (University Grants Commission). It, therefore, was really tough to make reforms in the program. The work went with the same authority for more than two decades but thereafter, the firm discussion on the alterations in the roles was made.

This has given rise to the autonomous law schools that were implemented by the Bar Council of India. These could be named as: CLAT (Common Law Admission Test), NLU- Delhi Admission Test, SET (Symbiosis Entrance Test) NLU- Orissa Admission Test, IP University Admission Test and LSAT- India. Distance Learning Law, LLB Courses in India can be taken up after the completion of class 12th. If you want to get into the undergraduate program, then CLAT Score is taken into consideration by many of the National Level universities. Therefore, it becomes necessary to prepare with all the might if your target is to make it to the top law colleges.
